Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email ekamindiangroceries@gmail.com before it has been dispatched. If already dispatched, you may return it as per the policy below.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty, in which case postage is also refunded.

• Refunds or exchange credits are issued after we receive goods in original condition.

Return Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used.

• The item was custom-made or personalised.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Locally Manufactured Products

For products made by local suppliers:

• We may contact the supplier for issue resolution.

• You may also be referred directly to the supplier for refunds or exchanges.

• Manufacturer details are usually listed on the packaging or available upon request.
